EASYWAY marched into the next round of the YOU.C1000 Cup with a comfortable 127-60 win over Midnight Media Mavericks in Group B on Saturday.
It was no contest right from the start and felt more of a scrimmage at the BBA Court in Batu Bersurat.
Easyway ran off to a 19-6 lead midway through the opening period and never looked back.
The victory sees them finish runners-up in their group behind Yuni-ku.
Jake Chong poured In a game-high of 25 points for Easyway.
Lim Liang Wei contributed 22 while the duo of Jonathan Lim and Kelvin Wong notched 14 apiece.
Wong Lih Shean was the other in digit scoring with 10 to his name.
On the other side, four players hit double figures for the Mavericks.
Phoan Chung Siang was the topscorer with 17 points while Darrell Neo had 15.
The pair of Adam Lee and Kham Kai Ren got 10 points each in the defeat.
