WAN SING came back from 22 points down to defeat Linktech 101-85 in the quarter-finals of the Low San Basketball Tournament on Sunday.
The victory sets them up against Anta Brunei in the semi-finals on Wednesday.
Linktech got off to a hot start to see them up 32-19 at the end of the opening frame.
Wan Sing then switched to man-to-man full court pressure to turn the tides in the match at the BBA Court in Batu Bersurat.
They inched within a point as Linktech stuck their noses in front 71-70 going into the final stanza.
An 8-0 run, which included two treys courtesy of Matt Jerickson, gave Wan Sing the lead for good as they led 81-75 with over six minutes left.
Kenny Lim topscored for Wan Sing with a game-high of 26 points while Joven Dungog added 23, which included 12 straight in the first quarter.
Jerickson finished with 16 and Venilson Lico chipped in 12 in the win.
On the other hand, Rey Maquiraya led Linktech with 21 points.
Baldamor Ernest poured in 18 and Preno Lowel added 13 in their exit.
