Yokohama dominated the boards and carried a 39-30 lead going into the decisive period.
They then outscored their opponents 17-6 enroute to victory at the BBA Court in Batu Bersurat.
They held Le Doux scoreless till 1:56 left on the clock when Mika scored off a layup.
Baralyn Mospa led the way with 20 points for Yokohama while Charina Caballero added 12.
On the other hand, Chieng Hei Yien topscored for Le Doux with 16 points.
