TK TEA House made it back-to-back wins in Group B of the YOU.C1000 Cup after dispatching Fuzhou Shiyyi Association 100-83 on Monday night.
Francis Juelar topscored for TK with 22 points, which included six treys, while Earl Medina added 21.
Jonathan Doles contributed 17 points while Gary was the other in double figures with 10 in the win at the BBA Court in Batu Bersurat.
On the other hand, Lim Liang Wei scored a tournament-high of 44 points to pace Fuzhou while Esmond Tan chipped in 15 to a losing cause.
Medina shrugged off his struggles at the offensive end in the opener on Saturday to put up 10 points in the first period.
TK quickly built a double digit lead and a three-pointer by Juelar late in the opening frame put them up 27-14 going into the second quarter.
Fuzhou had trouble containing their opponents as they cut to the basket for easy lay ins.
TK also dominated the boards and the advantage ballooned to 38-24 with four minutes to the break.
Fuzhou had a mini resurgence for an 8-0 run but TK quickly regroup to close out the half for a 50-32 lead.
TK picked up where they left off and eventually built their lead to over 75-49 in the third stanza.
The game was out of reach at that point as they unloaded their bench to close out the encounter.
The earlier game saw GHK edge Le Doux Patisserie 53-50 in the women's category.
The tournament resumes on Tuesday with Tropang FBC taking on Nuctech in Group C at 7pm.
The second match pits Easyway against D'Barkad'Z in Group A action at 8.30pm.
