FITNESS Zone (FZ) made easy work of a short-handed Klimzon Engineering with a 115-71 triumph in Group B of the YOU.C1000 Cup on Tuesday night.
It was always going to be difficult for Klimzon to put up a fight with only seven players eligible to lace up for the encounter at the BBA Court in Batu Bersurat.
Lim Liang Wei notched a game-high of 26 points to pace FZ while Lim Jin Yuan finished with 22 points - including six treys.
Alvin Goh was the other in double figures with 17 points to his name.
On the other hand, Ness Espique led Klimzon Engineering with 21 points while Allan Talanay was the other with 15 to a losing cause.
FZ scored the first 14 points of the game and never looked back.
Goh and Jin Yuan had the hot hands early after putting up 12 and 11 points respectively as they swept their opponents aside 40-15 at the end of the first period.
