DST and the National Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (NFABD) will be organising the DST Futsal Cup for Orphans 2017 this Sunday.
Held for the fourth consecutive year, two age group categories: 13-15 years old (64 players) and 9-12 years old (88 players) will be contested at the NFABD House in Berakas.
The event is held to provide opportunities for orphans from all four districts to participate in healthy sports activities.
DST is providing financial support and logistics such as jerseys, refreshments and transportation while NFABD will provide expertise such as coaches, venues, format of games and related sporting items.
Registration will begin at 7am with the final and third place playoff slated to kick off at 11am.
Over 150 orphans were treated to a fun-filled day at the Jerudong Sports Complex last year.
