THE National Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (NFABD) is opening registration for 12 teams to compete in the NFABD Under-16 Elite Youth Cup.
The tournament is scheduled to start on April 28 and registration forms can be obtained from the NFABD House in Berakas.
Teams may register players born in 2001, 2002 and 2003 while permission must be obtained from the organising committee should they want to enter players born 2004 onwards.
However, participating teams are not allowed to register players who are currently under NFABD’s youth teams.
Completed forms together with entry fee of $50 are to be handed in to NFABD’s Competition Department no later than 5pm on April 17.
The final confirmation of players are to be submitted during the managers’ meeting four days later.
Matches will be contested at six different venues in the Brunei-Muara district: NFABD Artificial Field, Berakas Sports Complex, Balapan Track and Field of the Hassanal Bolkiah National Sports Complex, Sg Kebun Sports Complex Fields A and B and the Bengkurong Community Field.
